13 of 13 people found the following review helpful.I didn't think i would need one of these but my second baby is a wiggler and my blanket over the shoulder didn't work. I needed to be able to see her while I was nursing to make sure she was nursing, to reassure her and I needed something that would be big enough to keep me covered when she got to moving around! I was/am thrilled with this product.Pros:can keep an eye on the baby while nursingwide apron that wraps around my side even while she's nursinglightweight enough to keep us from sweating to death!works well as a light weight cover for the car seat to keep the sun outeasy to usecons:one more thing to carry around/remember - it was more convenient to use a blanketthis pattern: I thought it was a white background it's a beige kinda of a light latte color.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the material is not breathable and my baby and I would both be sweating even though there is a hole in the top. 100% cotton would be so much better but it does the trick so Im gonna keep using it!
11 of 12 people found the following review helpful.I have been using 2 different nursing covers for the first 7 months of my daughter's life. I have the "udder covers" nursing cover- it was cheap through their website, but the cover itself is also cheap. It's very thin (which is nice in the summer), and doesn't cover very much. I also have a different one from another random brand, and although it's a little higher quality, it still doesn't feel like I'm fully covered, and once the baby is pulling on it, it's easy to get a flash or 2. Now that I purchased the Balboa baby cover, I realize I was suffering through the other 2 covers. THIS COVER IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHERS!! I have looked into a lot of different ones, but the really fancy ones at babies R us are WAY to expensive for a piece of fabric. Here are the perks I have found:- very nice, high quality fabric- thin enough for summer use, but thick enough to still be quality- the clip for tightening an loosening is simple, with no places that snag or can hurt baby/mommy (the other 2 i have use metal clips with jagged edges that catch on my hair and snag on things in the diaper bag)- the coverage is AMAZING!! it actually goes all the way down and past my waist, as well as around both sides of my body for full coverage, EVEN WHEN BABY TUGS ON IT- IT STILL ISN'T EXPOSING ME!!I can't say how much I love this cover and how much I recommend it. When I bought it, it was about $25, which I have decided is a reasonable and worthwhile amount to pay for a quality nursing cover. Think about how much you will use this in comparison to all the other silly things you will buy and how much you probably paid for those. I am kicking myself for not buying it earlier!!
