16 of 16 people found the following review helpful.If I could give this product 3.5 stars I would.My son didn't like the swing very much. We had him in it since he was a newborn, and he was done with it by 2 months. The swing worked well, and it didn't burn through batteries - I only had to change them once. The swing has a good range of speed settings and lots of music that won't grate on your nerves. It would have been nice if there was an overhead bar or something to attach toys to - as it is, my son got bored with just sitting in the swing with nothing to do. He preferred his baby gym and pack & play with the overhead toy bar for his play and relaxation time.When he was 4 months we switched it to the high chair. It's a nice, sturdy high chair. I like that you can easily remove all the straps and cover and put them in the washing machine. The cover is nicely cushioned, a very cute print, and is a soft comfortable fabric - not plasticky at all, like some highchair covers I've seen. The tray also has a cover that is easy to pop on and off and will go in the dishwasher (although if you have a smaller dishwasher, it probably won't fit). I find myself wishing I had a different high chair, though. This one is heavy, big and clunky. The wheels aren't very efficient. Just moving the thing across the kitchen (tile floors) is a pain in the butt. It has a very wide base that my husband and I are constantly stubbing our toes on. If you allow your baby to have fun with his food, the big "joints" at the sides and the buttons for the swing/music tend to get caked with food and are a bit difficult to clean.Overall this is a good product. It was easy enough to assemble and convert from swing to chair, but I wish I had just gotten a cheap or used swing or bouncer and spent more time looking into highchairs. The highchair is something you will use for a much longer time. If you want a portable highchair, something you can fold up and store in a closet, easily carry out to the patio for cookouts or throw it in the car and take to a family dinner, don't buy this product. You'll find yourself wanting to buy another highchair for those occasions because this one is so big and bulky it will just become a permanent fixture in your kitchen. If that's okay with you, and you think you will get good use from the swing, then I would recommend this product, because it's very sturdy, comfortable and easy enough to clean. Just be aware it will take up a good amount of space and it's hard to move around.
9 of 9 people found the following review helpful.I took a while for my husband to assemble the swing, the instructions in the manual were not very clear.My daughter loves the swing, it has a bunch of different songs for her to be entertained with! I would suggest trying putting ur lil one in a swing before buying one, no all the babies love them.The advantage of this particular swing is that you will use it as a high chair even if ur baby is not intoswinging. Great product!
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful.I bought this because I was looking to replace my daughters swing because the hand me down that we got from my husbands parents had finally pooped out. I was worried that the swing would not have enough power to push my daughter as she is now nearing 20lbs and although most swings say that they will hold up to 25-30lbs most wont actually be able to push bigger babies. Not only does it push my daughter without any problem but the speed settings actually work, our last swing we had it didnt matter if you had it on the highest or lowest setting it went the same speed. Also it is super easy to change over to a high chair and very easy to assemble. It is an amazing product I recommend to all parents who want to get more bang for the buck.
